The issue is closing the resource....any resource....to the public while allowing a select few to profit heavily from it. Again it's not the fish it's the govt overreach and mismanagement. If the resource is in bad shape fine close it to everyone not everyone but your buddies that give you the kickbacks. Another would be me having to get a nuisance permit to take out a nuisance gator in a pond I made/owned. I don't have one but know a lot of people who do and have had issues with gators.
