"Good-By Mr. President," and Good Riddance. (Clinton was more of a fiscal conservative than Bush.)

One retarded moron leaving office another useless moron taking over. As much as I hated that idiot Bush and his government by the rich for the rich at least he did love America unlike that America hating first lady about to move into the White House. The Bush administration will go down as one of if not THE worst administration ever. However I don't think we improved much with the last election. It's a shame that what we saw offered by both parties was the best they could dig up.

    Really?

    No argument there

Hardly, you try being a Cajun in this self served nation of Californians, living so close to the "ENEMY". The number done, I did to myself by moving here for a woman. No regrets, just trying to survive...

:huh: :insane: That's rich! He accomplished his "mission" of starting a war. Notwithstanding that he never finishing it, of course!

Uhh, the original mission was to find the WMD's with which we were threatened. . . which turned out to be imaginary.

It was the only reason that warranted military action by the U.S.

The congress thought Iraq had weapons because they saw only the intelligence Bush allowed them to see, the reports backing the reasons for invading. It's been gone over before, but he had contradictory reports that he didn't share with the congress. To say democrats in congress went along is disengenious at best.

It was time for Bush to go. I think it's hard for any President to last for two terms. People were tired of Bush the same way they were tired of Clinton. In this day and age, eight years is enough time for your opponents to drag you through the mud. The national media has been fighting Bush the entire time and still won't let it end.

So far Obama has received a free pass for everything he's ever said and done. We'll see if that lasts. By virtue of him being a liberal Democrat and minority, some have already annoited him as the greatest ever...even before being elected. It should be easy to lead when you'll never have to worry about being questioned or challenged.

Will Bush go down as the worst ever? I don't think so. Jimmy Carter has that title locked down pretty solid.

I wasn't thrilled about all of Bush's decisions but I'm still very pleased that he defeated Al Gore and John Kerry. People think the economy is bad but I can only imagine how screwed up this country would be had either of those clowns been elected.

George W. - enjoy your retirement. Please follow the lead of your father and Ronald Reagan and just disappear into the crowd. Please don't be another Jimmy Carter or Bill Clinton and still try to influence politics. There's a reason we limit the office to two terms. Unfortunately Slick Willie doesn't understand that and Carter :dis: can't even realize we didn't want him for a second term. We surely don't need to listen to his crap 30 years later. Stick to building houses Peanut Boy.

I have to admit I'm pretty worried about the country right now. The economy is an issue but I don't anticipate another Great Depression. I'm more concerned about Pelosi, Reid, and even the influence that America-hater Michelle Obama will have on B. Obama.

The same God that the liberals are trying to eliminate is the one we need most now. God help us! :usaflagwa

But he was the only one whose responsibility was to be sure about it before reacting.

I'll provide some class, since some people prove time and time again, that they cant and have to resort to petty name calling which shouldnt be a surprise because of their petty personality.

Thanks G.W Bush for your service, although I didnt agree with most of what he did. I will thank him for his service and I can appreciate the enormous burden that was put on his family these last 8 years. I dont hate Bush, I hate his policies and his idealogy. God Bless him and his family and his years yet to come. He may have been wrong in my eyes, but he did want he thought he had to do.

President-Elect Obama do us proud and lets get somethings done in this great country.
