WTH, like meat with that much invested should not have to be robbed with outside distracting flavors. Salt and pepper ought to set it straight as is.
Lakeview Harbor was started by the former chef at Port o Call. They basically fresh grind their meat in the back just before they cook it. They use a high quality beef, cooked over open flame. It's hands down, one of the best burgers you will ever eat.
I love most burgers - just don't let the beef dry out and were good. I like the cheddar, mesquite sauce, and jalapeno type burger too. But my favorite ones are the ones you find mostly around coastal places with the grilled pineapple on it. One local restaurant has a "Surge Burger" -- Burger with BBQ Sauce, Grilled Pineapple, Bacon & Cheese.
