I have confidence I will win the lottery one day. Will it happen. Most likely not. Do I have faith I will win? Nope. Do I have hope I will win? Yep.
So, are you claiming you know what to be true? If that is the case, that you know with complete certainty the creation of man, the earth, the universe, you need to submit your findings to science diegest. You might receive a Nobel Peace Prize, for being the only person who has figured it out.
Will religious people agree or disagree with this statement: If there is a God, science, not religion, will eventually prove it.
Right, you said you don't have faith in science and its findings. So the opposite of that quote would be you know what is true.
I said I don't believe in faith. And then Red pointed out that I have confidence and hope. But not faith. haha
ludicrous the way you are hung up on misinterpreting definitions. i exactly do not have faith, my whole philosophy on this is defined by my lack of faith. anything you believe that will happen in the future is based on "faith" by your definition, because it is currently necessarily unprovable. but again, you are not good at using words and definitions in ways that are smart. do you have "faith" the sun will rise tomorrow? only if you are stupid with your use of the word faith. why would we bother using the word that way in this discussion? because red likes to be difficult, thats why.
