i am probably going to get blasted for this, but to me religion is nothing more than a way for humans to cope with the fact that they are going to die, or a way to make sense out our existance, which is nothing more than a series of chemical reactions over a very very long time.

tell me, when did the late great Bill Hicks ever say the above mentioned, Bill actually believed in God, so your attempt at insult has failed. He did say that the "miracle of life" is nothing more than a chemical reaction, and was no more special than a turd coming out of your back end, if that is what you are reffering to, which is not what i was talking about.
