I agree that the teams they are facing arent as good as the media is making them out to be. However, your last post just sums up last year and I think a good number of these teams will improve this year. Not only will these teams be better but having all these games to start off te season is pretty brutal. Going to be very hard to build team cohesivness and confidence if the 1st few games ND falls short.
Why won't you people just let me have my fun bashing ND???:cry: Seriously, though...I agree that their schedule isn't easy...at least to start the season. But you can't make predictions based on anything EXCEPT what they did last year, really. What basis do you give for these teams being better than they were last year?? Tell me how is BC improved? Purdue? UCLA? The fact is...this schedule is really tough for ND because THEY are not as good as they were last year...at least on paper. And they weren't good last year...so of course this is a tough schedule for them. But for a lot of programs, a schedule like theirs is commonplace. I hear a lot of people saying Miss St will be much improved...as well as lefire: . Of course, we should probably expect Bama to be better...and South Carolina. Add UF, AU, Arky, and VT to those...and we're in for a long year...right??
One major factor I consider is how a team finished out the previous year. Then look at the experience coming back, the depth and role players added from redshirts and new recruits. Please dont let me stop you from bashing ND, I will enjoy it very much.
