"Planned Parenthood commits more abortions than any other single entity in the United States. In a newsletter distributed to its abortionists, PPFA said, "We see abortion as a necessary, desirable service and as an integral piece of comprehensive reproductive health care services."

    · What Is the Abortion Pill?

The abortion pill is a medicine that ends an early pregnancy. In general, it can be used up to 63 days — 9 weeks — after the first day of a woman's last period. Women who need an abortion and are more than 9 weeks pregnant can have an in-clinic abortion.
The name for "the abortion pill" is mifepristone. It was called RU-486 when it was being developed.

“How does mifepristone differ from emergency contraception or the "morning after pill"?
Emergency contraceptive pills (ECPs) are the most common method of preventing pregnancy after unprotected sexual intercourse. The use of emergency contraceptive pills does not cause an abortion. If a woman wants to prevent pregnancy after sex, she can use emergency contraceptive pills. If a woman wants to terminate an unwanted pregnancy at an early stage, she can use mifepristone

    http://www.nrlc.org/factsheets/PPAbortion.pdf

    Look at this….

    America’s Top Abortion Chain
332,278 abortions were performed at clinics
    associated with the Planned Parenthood
Federation of America (PPFA) in 2009.
    – PPFA Factsheet, January 2011
There were 1,212,400 abortions performed in
    the U.S. in 2008.
    – Guttmacher, “Abortion... in the U.S., 2008"

So in 2009 we can round that 330k abortions were done though Planned Parenthood. Also, 1,200,000 were done total in the US.

Simple math tells me that 330k is 27% of the total of 1,200,000…

It is also stated that a 1/3 or Planned Parenthoods revenues comes from abortions..
With all of this said, why on earth should the tax payer fund an organization that performs such a divided issue?
