Belongs in the Good Eats forum....

    Here's my Bhut Jolokia recipe:

Nice size slice of pepper on top of a small slice of habanero jack cheese on top of a small cracker, wrapped with a 1/3 slice of bacon.

    Bake @ 250F for 2 hours.

The cheese and fat in the bacon beats the heat down slightly so you can taste the flavor of the pepper.

    Which is AWESOME.

crap yeah good eats ... sorry! And yeah I cooked some in a chorizo + eggs mixture, and then added some cheese (bacon fat was left over from cooking the bacon). It made it considerably milder.

That and after trying it direct I was hesitant to put a lot on there so.

That recipe of yours sounds great!
