I get it. It is the easy go to for a reason. I am just glad Miles dialed up Key's rush from the end to get the sack fumble to end the game. Brilliant play on Miles part.
no, he is excited about winning another close game, running it well, not throwing interceptions, blah blah blah
Yea they laugh at me. Quote me blaming the fumbles on Miles. I'll leave the forum if you do. Please. Just one quote.
I give Aranda credit, but I'll get on board with complimenting Miles for our D in that last drive. I was very impressed at that series of events.
From the tone of this thread, you'd think we lost the game. The way I see it, Etling was efficient, the play calling was less predictable, and Key made a huge sack to seal the win. We're 1-0 in conference with a big road game coming up against Auburn. I choose to be cautiously optimistic.
And that's fine but most of us have at some point in the last 11 years uttered those same sentiments and got burned. And burned again, and again, and again. LSU won. That's fantastic. But remember last year? LSU needed a missed field goal to hold off Mississippi State? And then LSU won all the way up to Alabama and got curb stomped, then again the following week, and again the following week. The writing on the wall is there. Yes all that counts in the end is wins and losses, but you can pretty much paint a picture of the future by what you see from whistle to whistle.
