I have never heard of him. But they took Willie Williams the crazy kid who on a recruting trip to UF trashed the hotel room then plead guilty to a felony that lead to 3 yrs probation
He was a 5 star LB recruit in the 2006 class and was offered by the Canes. He committed to USC and then last month he left school/was dismissed......not sure which. Initial reports were that he was headed to Miami and had been admitted but then earlier this week, Shannon said "no". I admire Powe for his persistance in trying to get into college, but he didn't even graduate HS. If he plays for Ole Miss, he will only play one year, then be off to the NFL.
Or he will come in out of shape, not contribute, and flunk out within a year. Kinda like Greg Smith did at AU last year. Thought we had a killer DT, didn't work out at all.
