    There are plenty of non-religious people that are married and feel strongly about it. It's not just a religious matter, but an ancient social custom.

    Someone tried to convince me that if gays were allowed to marry his health insurance premiums would drastically increase.....

    If gays marry, then they will be asexual (no sex). Everyone knows that anal and bj's are out the fuckin window once you get married. They'd be like 2 bros who massage each other while watching chick flicks or something....sorta like Martin and Tirk.

    right but if we allow civil unions then it isnt really discrimination. all people care about is the word "marriage". its like if a woman wanted to be called a man, but we didnt because the word "man" has meaning but the woman wants to redefine the word so it means woman. gays want the word marriage to mean a joining of two people, but religious nuts want the word to mean straight marriage. its completely insignificant.

    even george bush likes civil unions. the whole argument is only between loony jesus freaks and loudmouth faggots.

    i dont think it should matter even if i loved child porn and went nuts with it, seeking it out and loving it. child porn is a photo of a crime, not an actual crime. its like if i were a creep and i got off on murder scene photography. that shouldnt make murder scenes illegal to view because i am the market for them.

    anyways, (and this is gonna be a controversial opinion) i feel bad for lovers of child porn. they enjoy something that makes them an outcast. its not their fault they are emotionally damaged weirdos. if they can keep they filthy hands off of kids and keep their fetish restricted to imagery, then good for them.

    we are lucky in that we are regular dudes who like boobies and asses of sexually mature women. but perhaps if we were abused or molested or whatever, we would be emotionally stunted freaks that like child porn. and if we were, it would be better that we check out porn than head to the local playground.
