add me to the list of sinners who grill on gas. i picked up my new grill today, and love it! grilled some t-bone steaks tonight with a recipe borrowed from a friend and was in heaven. it is the first grill i have ever owned even tho i grew up with a dad who grilled ALL the time. greenie, being a greenie, doesnt grill. so i finally wore him down into letting me get one. for me it was about convenience. and i dont regret my decision at all. i am a happy, and full, camper tonight!
