LSU is the home team playing at ASU. ASU offered the stadium as a place to play. ASU fans are not guranteed any tickets. Probally 30% of the LSU faithful will make the trip. So LSU will be playing at an almost empty stadium. Hypothetically LSU could fill up the whole stadium if they wanted to. I figure the reason they didn't move it the Shreveport is because of the handling of tickets. They know 90000 would go to the game if it was at Shreveport...the only problem is, of those 90000 who would not get a ticket. They know only 30%, if that, will go to Tempe. This way they don't have to worry about who gets what. I think the whole situation is real ****ty. Even though not a lot of LSU fans will be able to make the game, there shouldn't be many ASU fans at the game either. So there will still be a little bit of a home game feeling at an away site.
Tickets will be honored. That's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. 1000 dollar spur of the moment round trip minimum. NO CAN DO. Refund this game please and no I don't want it going to the Hurricane Relief fund.
This is gonna look real wierd on TV. Even though this turned out crappy, we should be happy LSU is playing football.
Multiply that by the number of tickets I have, hotel rooms which seem to be very important food and it's working between 1500 and 2 grand easy.
I think I figured it will cost my wife and I at least $1000. My birthday was on 8/29(day of the bitch's landfall), and we were planning to go to New York but canceled our trip. I pitched the ASU trip to my wife, and I got struck down.
Ummm...... Dutch, I have a couple of questions. You are married, but have a pic of a blonde for your avatar with "Monica will you marry me" below it. Does your wife know about this? Do you have a death wish??
You busted me, I guess my death wish is inevitable.] I think I put Monica potter's pic as my avatar when my wife said she would have an affair with the "Rock"
