1. 1st SEC game. It's never easy to win on the road in the SEC. 2. State has its best team in 12 or 15 years. 3. State has nothing to lose and something to prove. On the other hand . . . 1. LSU has its best team since 2003. 2. LSU has a shot at the title if they do not falter. 3. State under Mullen hasn't beaten any SEC West team that isn't named Ole Miss.
I think it may stay close for a while with LSU pulling away in the second half, but I'd sure like to see a good ole fashioned azz-whoopin go down in Starkville tonight with the Tigers cruisin to an impressive 52 - 17 win!
