There are at least 10,000 people up here in Monroe and West Monroe. More in ruston and shreveport. Some are at the civic center, others are at the local high schools and peoples homes. They are not going anywhere for a long, long time. As a side note, LSU's equipment truck is parked up here in West Monroe. I suppose they got it north to escape any damage. If it is still here around lunch time, I will try to buy the driver something to eat.
