Tennessee wants to extract every ounce of advantage away from LSU that they can. First they offered to "host" the game in Knoxville. How kind. Now they're wanting to force the start time to be early. Trying to take advantage of a deadly hurricane and a team that's already been placed at a huge disadvantage is beyond pathetic. Fulmer is clearly looking to try to put LSU off of its routine to gain an advantage. It ain't about hotel rooms. An afternoon game would get driving Knoxville fans home around 5:30 am versus 10:30. What's the difference? Either way its drive all night or find a hotel room. And more rooms will be available in two weeks. People can't afford to stay in hotels forever. FEMA is setting up huge trailer parks to move displaced persons to. This game has always been scheduled as a night game. All LSU home games are played at night, unless moved for TV, and everybody knows it. Its friggin' hot in south Louisiana in September. CBS did not pick up this game on their pre-season afternoon schedule and ESPN broadcasts night games. Thats the way it is. Fulmer is lower than whale crap at the bottom of the sea. People have been dying around here and he's making an issue out of his fans perhaps being inconvenienced. Hell, 87,000 LSU fans will lose a lot more hotel rooms than 5,000 Tennessee fans. Shreveport is a long way from Baton Rouge. LSU no more owes Tennessee fans a hotel room than Tennessee owes hotel rooms to any school it plays. LSU will make sure the Tennessee team has rooms. Fulmer is losing the PR battle with this lowlife stunt. Either show up, shut up and play the game . . . or just foreit if Tennessee fans can be inconvenienced.

All my Big Urnge neighbors can do what I did today... I gladly cancelled my hotel rooms at the Richmond Suites... Googled RV Rentals in the Memphis area... Secured a SWEET RV for the 6 TENNESSEE residents in my party and almost pee'd my pants I was so damn excited when I was done!!!! Piss on Phat Phil and the Big Unrnge Nation.... I hate to be pulling for a TN win or a very close game over FLA, but it's the best scenario for LSU to get a shot at the NC by playing the highest ranked teams possible. Hey, Hatcher! The more I hear about this guy, the more I hear him run his mouth the less I like him. With the reputation he is getting around college football, he better watch his back.
