Fuck Wainwright (Cardinals/Dodgers discussion) and World Series Discussion

If I'm the Cardinals, I'm trying to steal 3rd base every chance I get from here on out.

 

Jon Lester wins the World Series MVP. Crazy, that dude was left for dead after last season.

Wacca wins game 6. Boston takes game 7.

I am gonna go ahead and assume Buchholz takes the mound in that one.

 

I thought Lester got robbed from not being named Co-MVP.

We all know a pitcher can single-handedly win you a game much more so than a batter. Papi had a world series for the ages.

Lester hurled 15 1/3 innings allowing only 1 earned run, going up against the Cardinals ace Adam Wainwright twice and beating him. The significance of the last half of that sentence is why he should have shared co-MVP.

 

I just realized how appropo of a thread title we have here.

 

I forgot to mention Bruce Bochy. Two time world champion manager.

Word is Brad Ausmus might get the gig in Detroit.
