    A giant meteor here, a global pandemic there and we could all go extinct. But the gradual loss of natural habitat has doomed species like the Tiger. They may exist in zoos for millenia, but they will evolve into something that isn't a real Tiger anymore.

    Since Mike VI is a mix of Siberian/Bengal, there wouldn't really be a need to perpetuate his line seeing as how it defeats the purpose of preserving either species.

    Still, a conjugal visit or two shouldn't be outta the question as long as somebody is willing to strap on his jimmy for him.:eek:

    Sidebar: there was an article in The Advocate the other day where the LSU vet said they once tried to breed a previous Mike, I believe it was III. They sent him to a zoo in Florida or somewhere, but once there, it became a concern that he might kill the intended bride. He therefore returned to Baton Rouge a virgin. Insert your own Spring Break strikeout story here.:wink:
