Not a big deal to some. It's already state law in Cali. Your kid can get expelled for carrying an aspirin to school but it is perfectly legal to have an extensive medical procedure(as long as it is the destruction of a fetus, nothing else) without notifying the parents before or after. That is crazy enough, but the erosion of state's rights is going to be the big one here. And the very idea that tax dollars fund abortions outside the country is an abomination. Or should I say, Obamanation? I am unsure how the U.S. withholding funds is getting in the way of another countries attempts at population control. If they want to use that method, I don't have a problem with it, but I wonder why we are demonized as obstructionists if we don't pay for it? Why can't Europe/Asia pick up the tab for this? They love killing babies.
Med schools around the country are talking to their students about the possible implications for the past 2 months. How do I know this? Because both LSU schools in LA are talking to my family members about it. They are not happy and praying everyday that something like this does not happen. If Obama can take away the state's rights, why couldn't he say any medical institution or hospital that receive federal funding are required to train medical students and doctors to perform abortions? Could end up being limited to certain medical fields but we don't know that yet. I hear the debates everyday because I live in a family full of doctors and future doctors.
You come up with that on your own? If so, you'd better register it as a trademark or something. Won't be the last time it used!
