    The bottom line is, was Smart paid to play BB at LSU? If not, I don't think there are any laws or rules against "talking" about paying someone to play. However, if he was paid to play, then circle the wagons.

    Think of it like telling your wife you really have a strong desire to screw her best friend. It’s not gonna be as bad as if you told her you screwed her best friend but you’re still gonna be without for a spell.
