I think ABC has the Rose Bowl until 2014. Fox has been very aggressive since they were able to get the NFL, all of this started to happen as NBC destroyed their sports coverage several years ago. I'm not sure how I feel about Fox covering the BCS, but then again it probably won't mean anything in the long run . . . it's just the network that will be broadcasting the games. That said, I sure hope FOX can be a little better than ABC when it comes to coverage. I'm not the only one who was sick over all the SC love ABC handed out, so hopefully FOX will be more responsible.
I don't care what anyone on this thread says, abc commentators are the worse. Pro USuck, there is no way Fox's coverage could be any worse than ABC. I'm for all games going to Fox because I can then watch them in the finest High Definition around with 5.1 surround sound. You have to tip your hat to fox because their High Def broadcasts are better than the other networks. The other networks audio is 2.0 surround only and sometimes its not even in widescreen. I also have trouble picking up some of the other networks in High Def in the Denver area.
I like the FOX broadcasts of NFL games too. The thing I don't want is since they don't cover college games during the year they'll have their NFL broadcast teams who know nothing about the college game doing the broadcasts. I don't seeing them pulling in the regional bush leaguers to do the games. Kind of like when ABC used to have the MNF crew do the Sugar Bowl every year.
