I don't think he regrets being a Tiger, that's just not him. I do think however that he is probably greatly disappointed in Miles and Cameron for doing such a poor job and screwing him.
Thats just not true. LF7 lead the SEC in Yards from scrimmage and had 1 bad game were he was hit at or behind the LOS 16 of 19 runs and somehow still managed positive yards. http://www.cfbstats.com/2015/leader/national/player/split01/category28/sort01.html In fact, without LF7, LSU doesn't make a bowl game this year.
Most voters don't watch the games, they just see the highlights on ESPN. The highlights they saw to finish the season was LSU getting their ass kicked repeatedly. They have no clue what actually happened in the game. With the expansion of media coverage these days, awards like the Heisman are given based largely on the storyline handed out by the talking heads. They tell the uniformed voters who they should be voting for.
Hell sometimes I wish I wasn't an LSU fan so I COULD be a Bama fan. Not many programs have what they do, history-wise.
I'd rather lose every game and be a Tiger than win em all and be anything else. Of course, I'd rather win em all AND be a Tiger!!!
