no i'm not joking. Its the same thing as one of the football players saying they don't know how good the defense is going to be this year because they don't think the scheme is that good. Oh and I have told my boss she didn't always know what she was doing. I still have a job. They didn't call anybody dicks they just said that they weren't doing that great of a job. what the hell she was dA person should be able to say what they want about somebody as long as its not anything criminal.

They're kids, I wouldn't have reacted so strongly in a sport such as swimming, especially if there IS a problem with the coach. Not condoning what the swimmers said, but I think the coach should be reprimanded as well if he did, in fact, make those comments (“You’re all pieces of ****. I don’t give a **** about any of you. I could kick all of you off the team and rebuild this team from scratch.”) Wow! what a genuine and unique way to motivate your second to last place team. That's something I'd expect from a high school coach...

They do have every right to say whatever they want, just like we do. But what some people don't understand is that there are consequences for the words they choose.

These guys learned this valuable lesson...

Plus, it's one thing to speak to fellow teammates in private about the issues, but it's another thing to actually put them in print for all to see.

True, but even in private you should be careful, unless you are 100% positive it won't be repeated.

Just ask the former OU baseball coach...

You're boss is a very rare exception. If I would have told my bosses they didn't know what they were doing and some of these other things I would have been out the door in a heartbeat. And if any of the appraisers that work for me would say it, especially in front of other employees, I can tell you they wouldn't get a nickel's worth of work from me again.
