What also sucks about this news today is that it now overshadows the good news of earlier today regarding graduation rates. LSU football is second in the SEC to Vandy, http://www.lsusports.net/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=5200&ATCLID=205719711. This is what we need to focus on.

Ok I shit you not, on Facebook, the LSU Football Facebook page has this story with a picture of Les and some players. All the comments below are about drugees and idiots, I hope they get locked up, Angola, and at least these guys are a bright spot....


But.... Kelvin Sheppard is in the picture and who is to his left? Karnell Hatcher. Btw, I'm now hearing TM7 and JJ are being charged the lesser charge, possession, while either Hatcher or Bryant is being charged intent. That's a misdemeanor for all those that want to call him all this crazy shit.

 

Honey Badger successfully completes rehab program....just kidding. If the CFL isn't beating down his door right now I'm disappointed in the CFL. I see a 50k contract in his future.

What a shame.... But it's a story as old as time itself....no real surprise.

 

Honestly, I really hate to play this card, but those people are racists, plain & simple. They see "black dude + crime" and they instantly start spouting off about thuggery. Happened last year when Ware, Simon, and Mathieu got suspended. Ignorance...it's one of Louisiana's most bountiful crops.

 

don't matter it's against the law. Smoking Marijuana is for people with no life. If you are a painter a rough neck or a carpenter go ahead and toke up. But we are talking about former student athletes who were once Icons. You have't to be more responsible than that and that comes with maturity and thats' something neither one of these guys had. Tyran got kicked off the team for this very reason and he continues to do it? Wasn't he suppose to be in rehab?

And no, I'm not saying that all blacks are crimminals but there is some basis towards that mindset, percentage-wise, no? Kinda like associating camoflauge with hunting. You see someone wearing camo, they could be in the military but most people gravitate towards thinking they're a hunter first.
