Hate to disagree with you, but the only major that still has an 18 hole playoff is the US Open and that will change to a 2 hole playoff starting next year. The Open Championship has been using a 4 hole aggregate playoff for a number of years, PGA Championship now uses a 3 hole aggregate. You are correct about the current Masters playoff system but from about 1979 to 2004 the playoff was sudden death starting on the 10th hole and during that time the playoff never went beyond the 11th hole.
21st or the 28th works for me. @shane0911 seems like you're gonna be the traveler for this, so I'm good with whatever works for you.
If time permits, check out their windmill hole. It's basically putt putt on steroids. I can't watch it in one sitting...but have fast forwarded through a few episodes.

Caddies for top level Tour pros earn a monthly salary and a percentage of the pro's earnings. I would bet that Joe Lacava, Tiger's caddie earns over a million a year. That and he doesn't have the expenses other caddies have. He flies to tournaments with Tiger on his jet and stays in the house that Tiger is renting for the week.
I suspect Joe doesn't know any more than anyone else. Tiger isn't the type to be telling tales about his off the course life.
