But you said you couldn't do it in November, right?

I was born in Charleston and still have a number of relatives in the area. Have played every course you named plus CC of Charleston, Yeaman's Hall, Shadowmoss, Charleston National, Snee Farm, Kiawah, Rivertowne, et.al.

Couldn't do it on the 2nd. Already have a golf trip scheduled Nov 3 to the 8th. Trust me, I AM the resident golf junky! Though if CO was still playing it may have been a tough call.:D

Sounds like you might be in south LA a lot in the coming weeks!

Shadowmoss week before last. I play there about once a month, if not twice. (A friend lives on #2.) Charleston National, about a month ago (LOVE that course...it's a distance, shot makers dream.) Kiawah..Ocean, Osprey, and Turtle Point. The Country Club is where the LPGA was a few weeks ago...haven't played it in a year or so but it's in great shape. Snee Farm...March, maybe April. I've not played Yeaman's in a couple of years.

Damn. How do you afford it? I would have to eat nothing but PB&J and totally give up drinking!

First time I ever hit a golf ball was on Charleston Muni. Probably 60+ years ago.

Marriage and kids vs bachelorhood...swore to myself years ago I'd never get married (which also meant no rug rats.)

I've not played there in a few years. It's turned into a dog track. Last winter the mayor, a few people from Kiawah's management groups, along with a design company (Miller, maybe?) started a fundraising campaign for improvements. Until that's finished, I won't make the effort.

The last time I was there I arrived before the greenskeeper...they didn't even have the flags set at 7:15 or so...
