According to PGA records, David Bernard Mulligan (a prominent amateur golfer, playing at Winged Foot in Mamaroneck, N.Y. Golf Club), sometime between the late 1920s and mid-1930s, was provoked by a terrible first shot off the tee, he put down a second ball to take another shot. His perplexed playing partners enquired what he was doing, and he replied with ‘I’m taking a correction shot,'. They asked him what that rule is called and he simply replied 'a Mulligan'.
I'm here gramps. Here is the deal. I'm good with every club in my bag with the exception of 4 - 6i. Would I like more distance on all? Of course I would but for whatever reason my contact with my 4, 5 or 6i is just absolute shit and that is putting it mildly. Figure that out! Oh and the reason I have an extra club is I have two 4 hybrids (if you paid attention to the thread you would know why) and I haven't figured out which one I'm going to keep yet. So untwist your panties you old coot and figure out why I can't hit my 5i pure
On the subject of playing one sport and being good at another... Arthritis ended her tennis career so she picked up golf. https://twitter.com/USGA/status/1153309945355546627
My question was a result of seeing a lot of members online and no one posting. I'm 71 years old with a brain disorder. Remember that post. Post video. You probably won't be able to afford the diagnosis.
I wonder what the over/under line was as to how many pints of Guinness Shane & his entourage consumed last night?
. Never been to Ireland but I'd be willing to bet that they probably don't drink Guinness, or not very much of it, probably some local less global brand but I get your point. Bet they drank a lot of something.
