I'm watching a replay of TGC coverage of the Open from Portrush. It's windy & raining. Typical Open weather. Supposed to be the same for tomorrow. Speaking of weather, it's currently 89 & projected to reach 96. Thank goodness this rental house has air conditioning.

I don't know that much about the course so I don't know whether or not it's advantageous to use driver off the tee or not. The weather conditions may also influence clubs used off the tee. For my 3 I would go with Koepka, McIlroy and my dark horse Jon Rahm.
As I wrote earlier, I'm watching a replay of TGC Golf Central from the Open. What do you think of Brandel Chamblee? A lot of people don't like him. I do. He's smart, very knowledgeable about the game of golf, and not afraid to speak his mind.
My lone PGA experience was at English turn back in April of 2000 something. It was fricking hot and the walk to the course seemed to take forever from where we parked. My friend who scored me the ticket was a big Davis Love III fan, so we followed him through the round. I remember DL3 getting pissed off about someone taking his picture as he was walking to the next tee box. I did enjoy watching the shots up to the island green on the 15th hole. Other than that nothing else really memorable about the experience. That kind of thing just ain't my bag.
I don't think golf is a very good live spectator sport. You can see a hell of a lot more on TV. The only live tournament I would ever have the slightest interest in attending would be the Masters just because it is the Masters.
That's unusual as DL3 has a reputation as a pretty cool guy. If it was during a practice round DL3 has no right to be pissed. If it's during a tournament round cameras aren't allowed. But he was walking from a green to the next tee box. That shouldn't have bothered him unless he was playing like shit.
