Surprisingly only one. I drove the ball like absolute shit today and caught one off the toe and I'm not sure it stayed on the freaking course. Just said screw it and put another one down. 2nd attempt wasn't much better but at least I could play it.
So the 86 was actually a tad bit higher? If I was only playing 9 holes or less and/or playing by myself I would take mulligans, improve lies, and give myself short putts.
Ok so "maybe" an 88 but thats getting in the weeds man. The irons and the flat stick were rocking today
Hell yeah, 2 more to go before I'm officially "on the board" wish I had done this earlier cause I've played a lot of golf. That is hard to do
If you are going to play in tournaments you are hurting yourself by not turning in scores that accurately reflect your game. There are no mulligans in tournaments.
Look pops, I'm not going from a 19 to a 2, I told you, I don't cheat. If I get out there and roll a 103 I just don't turn it in and I work harder to keep it in double digits. Probably why I never turned in a card until recently because I am always all over the place. On average I'm probably about a 15 to 18 and I'm okay with that. I'm playing a lot more and by the fall I will get that down some but by how many is yet to be seen. Figured out some things today that was really affecting my game and I'm really excited to see where it goes "Thanks Sean Foley". So yeah I know, I get it, this is a you vs you game and that is exactly why I don't take advantage of the foot wedge and all those other things.
