This is accurate. Also, I was at a local bar when the "Floyd" protests were going on in Dallas. There were a few protesters that came in "preaching". We just ignored them. When they left, 8 out of the 10 people at the bar said they had their CC on them. Everyone was calm and no one felt the need to be aggressive. When you know people who carry, they generally do not engage in the acts NC is describing. We dont go around looking for trouble. We meet trouble with force if it happens to find us....
