Yes but the 4.15 includes the reaction time of the sprinter. I don't know why you are adding it, because its already in the first 10 meters. If reaction time is .1, then the time would be 4.05 without reaction time.

Also, the 0.1 reaction time is known as a perfect reaction, which has rarely been recorded. If you have a reaction time under 0.1, it is recorded as a false start.
