Exactly, it's not as if it's ESPN reporting that our coach is going somewhere next year... wait... uhm...

I live in Dallas and have to listen to him all the time.
His Ego will prevent him from hiring a college coach this time around.

He will go after the big guns first, or hot shot assistants. I think he makes a run at Cower, Chucky and if Shanahan doesnt take the skins job.
But Miles isnt even being considered. The outcry in Dallas would be tremendous.
Miles isnt well thought of outside of our little group of fans.

There is no question that Jerry Jones loves Miles and this is the 3rd or 4th time I have heard him mention Miles.

However, it would be a long shot for Miles or Stoops to land the job IMO.

And none of that matters if you can't win in January when it counts.

Seriously doubt that Cohwer, Gruden, or Shanahan would be interested in the Cowgurl's HC job. All 3 would want control and J. Jones is not gonna give up control. J. Jones is looking for a "yes" man. One he could manipulate and and not have to argue with on who calls what. J.J. picks the whole staff, giving no say so to the "HC". A HC in Dallas is basically a poster guy who takes the blame for everything that goes wrong. That is not the kind of situation that the above named coaches are interested in. Make no mistake about it. JJ will try to lure one of these coaches, but I'd bet my last dollar that they all refuse.

He will find his next "victim" in the assistant coaching ranks or the College coaching ranks.
