    On those rare occasions, then we wear the purple jerseys. Then it is special. Otherwise the whites--home and away. The purple is OK for special occasions and should be in the locker.

    But nix on these other combinations. Under Dinardo, we got to see things like purple pants, gold jerseys, and white helmets on the field.

    It was not pretty.

    PLEASE don't post it. That's one of the all time lows for LSU Football. At Kentucky, circa '96 (I think it was '96...right around there.)

    I remember the night like it was yesterday. About $50 for the TigerVision, and the picture looked like they were broadcasting from Somalia with a homemade camera.
