    tons of fresh made salsa and southwestern black bean dip, and of course fresh made guacamole. man my mouth is watering already.....

    My cousin adds ground venison to the velveeta rotel thing. It is awesome.

    Sure...drive on up. The festivities start @ 4:30--it's only about 8 and a half hours from Abita Springs.

    If I remember correctly, it was about 15, about the size of an egg. I'll check when I'm at the store tomorrow. I think I had to adjust the amounts because my package of tails wasn't a pound (I think).
