Yes, I think that's an understatement. From what I understand, the only way to reach Watson is by boat. Apparently, all of it is not flooded, but people cannot get in or out. @lsutiga, I think they are probably okay, but there is just no way to contact them or for them to contact us. Last night at 10, they were outside with all of the neighbors on their street, so I'm certain everyone is looking out for each other.
Yeah there is no chance you're getting to watson. hell just at millerville on i-12 they were launching boats early this morning. The latest projections show Bayou Manchac cresting at 21.5 feet (12.5 feet over flood stage) on Sunday evening and the Amite River at Port Vincent cresting at 16.5 feet (8.5 feet over flood stage) on Monday. theres people out of touch from that area all over due to no communications. also in BR, Jim Hawthorne and his wife are missing in case anyone lives near them.
