Fischer is a win at any cost guy. Works fine at some places but not for long. He should have booted Winston off the team. Maybe lost some games short term but way better off in the long run. Bending rules and lowering standards sets you up for long term failure.
Very difficult to figure out when that philosophy applies in here. I think it often has to do with who starts the thread.
