Finally

    Finally got a break in the wind and got on some fish. First and only stop threw 100 big yellowmouth white trout and big ground mullet in the box and headed home.

    I notice you don't use a lot of ice. Do those fish get soft on ice? I've seen people use minimal ice with white perch. I forgot why though.

    jval has said before his fish don't get soft but every time I have caught a mess of white trout and not kept plenty of ice on them until I got home and cleaned them they were mushy. Speckled trout aren't nearly as likely to mush up.

    There's a pile of ice under them those were just the last bucket I dumped on top. Stirred em up and poured more ice on top of em
