Let's see...LSU has been playing football since the 1800's, they routinely have 90,000+ at games, they have two national championships and many SEC championships. What has Miami done lately? I mean, they still hang their hats on that "perfect season" 30 years ago. Most of those players are grandparents now...or great-grandparents. Baton Rouge is not "Red Hell Stick hole" as you so ineloquently stated. But I'm sure Miami is just paradise, right? And if you are such a football fan, you know that things happen in games all the time like bad calls, etc. It's just part of the game. I mean, Tennessee (since you chose to use them as a tradition) needed Arkansas' QB to lay the football on the field for UT to win a national championship. All that matters is the "W" in the stats. I'm sure Miami was the beneficiary of some questionable calls in that "perfect season". I personally don't remember...I was only 1 year old then. For reference, I'm 33 now. Yeah...tradition reigns in Miami. Traditionally mediocre.
For those who are not fans of teams in the NFL, you are beginning to see why the Miami Dolphins fans are the laughing stock of the league. They got what they fu--ing deserve with all the Ricky Williams bullcrap. Dan Marino quit on this team after having a front office position for two weeks last offseason because the franchise was out of control. Watch any Miami Dolphins game, you'll see orange empty seats by mid 3rd quarter.
Hey guys as one of the few fin and lsu fans (by the way I go either way on the decision), wanted to put my twp cents in. While I think it is stupid what people on Fins sites are doing and yes it shows how some of our fans are, lets get something straight. lol Traditon of being mediocre is the just plain stupid, when this is the first losing season since 1988 the dolphins have endured. They are the winningest team in the NFL since the merger, have been to 5 superbowls, have the winnningest coach and the second winningest QB.. Just to let you know. By the way calling Miami,a third world country and seeing if we asking if we speak english is pretty childish and stereotypica... Since you guys are so " classy" and "educated", you should know better

But yes we had a winning coach, but we sucked before Saban came and then we started winning again (lsu i meant).
