This is just one more step in the process of getting this bad piece of legislation struck down. Health care is screwed up in this country, but PPACA is not the answer. Hopefully this gets to the SCotUS soon and we get rid of this law and congress puts forth bipartisan solutions that are common sense and workable, not this 2000 page pos that we have now. Link
Unfortunately SCOTUS is entirely idealogical and will rule in favor of Obama. Another reason to kick his assto the curb. We need judges on there, not liberal hacks.
