1. How do you know if I am sensitive?

Why do you focus on things irrelevant to the discussion?

I just told you to keep at it. Not too sure what is "sensitive" about that...
  2. https://www.lawfareblog.com/classification-status-trumps-mar-lago-documents

Here is an excellent legal summary of Presidential powers which takes into consideration the Supreme Court ruling that you've spoken so much about. It's detailed so I won't even try to summarize it but it's well worth the read. I think you'll find that the law is more nuanced than you think.

  3. If this guy is correct, what law explicitly states what the president "must" do with regard to declassifying? Why doesnt this article mention that?
  4. I don't know...I didn't write it. What it is clear about is that there is ample precedent to show that declassification cannot happen haphazardly for national security reasons. It goes to the heart of what I was saying before about what happens after the Pres declassifies information. For any single piece of information, it could affect several federal agencies. Each of those agencies are only privy to the portions of that information that is relevant to them. When the information is changed, all of those agencies must be notified or they will be operating under bad information.
  5. Again if true, what law specifically outlines what a president must do as the Supreme Court said?

Again, Presidents do not fill out forms and do not re-write classification documents. That is not on him to do. He is the judgement. Not a paper pusher.

Again, it is not the presidents job to call everyone. If it were, there would be specific outlines. They dont exist.

For example, if Biden went on a Nuclear sub, which is classified, and took a selfie and posted it to twitter, he wont got to jail. But if you did that, you would. Period.
  6. Your avoiding the subject of what happens after the President declassifies material? If he just waves his hand and declassifies it and there is no one there to witness it, did it really happen? Are we supposed to just take his word for it? Information related to our national security is too sensitive to leave to such a subjective process. It appears that every other President had some kind of process for ensuring records pertaining to classified materials were employed. Did the Trump team not? Just because there isn't a law doesn't mean there isn't a responsibility to protect national secrets.
  7. Yes, The SUPREME COURT SAID SO...

    What is complicated?

Yes. When he was sworn in he has that power. Dont like it? Vote him out. That is exactly how it works.

Again, the president IS the authority to determine this. Not you. Not the FBI. No one. To change this process, CONGRESS must pass a specific law. They have not dont so.
Appears where? Again, I even gave you a case very similar from Bill Clinton leaving office and the judge there said the same damn thing.

IF THERE ISNT A LAW HOW DOES ONE BREAK IT????

  8. Yesterday.... get your shit together, DOJ. Lock him up, like yesterday.

Randy Rainbow is a genius, seriously.

  9. That may have been accurate when Trump was president but he isn’t any longer. Those documents are US government property not his. They asked for them and he started playing games and not returning them.
  10. So says CNN. In other news, not only was he cooperating, the FBI had already made a trip to the house earlier in the year. Why didn't they just take the shit back then? OH ... it's because they didn't want to. Instead, they told Trump to put an additional lock on the storage unit.

Back of the News Edition: Any document deemed personal by the POTUS remains so according to the COURTS.
