#1 -- LSU over #1 Florida and then rushing the field #2 -- I hit the Tulane mascot with a full cup of ice, as he/she paraded around the field like a jerk. Far and away the best throw of anything that I've ever made.
While walking to Tiger Stadium to see LSU/Auburn a bird took a dump on my shoulder. I felt something wet hit my shoulder. I knew there wasnt rain expected for the day. So I looked up, no rain clouds, so I figured it was a bird. My shirt looked wet from a drop and no bird around, so I thought it was a freak thing. Then I looked up again and noticed the bird hovering around. I looked down and noticed a white mark on my shirt. That must have been an omen, because Auburn beat LSU. It was the night the Diesel came in for Faulk and broke the LSU single game rushing record.
Yes, beleive it or not I have a favorite Tiger Stadium Moment.... It would be the earthquake for the Auburn game. I was in the student section, and was part of the shaking. How about a trivia question.... After the Hodson-Fuller touchdown, Auburn got the ball w/ some time left on the clock, but no timeouts. On the first play (or it may have been on the kickoff) there was a defensive lineman that got banged up, but hurried/limped off of the field so that the ref's didn't call an injury timeout and stop the clock. Any of you remember that play? If so, who remembers that defensive lineman's name. I don't know why, but for some reseason that play just stands out in my memory of that night. It may because everyone around me was screaming at him to get off of the field.
I was a freshman for the Earthquake Game. I was standing next to some guy I'd never seen before. Prior to the TD play, he turned to me and said, "If we score on this play, I'm going to make love to you on the spot." He didn't, but he did tackle me and give me a huge kiss. I never saw him again. I also remember fondly the '04 Oregon State soaker. I remember being so excited about the championship flag being raised, but it was SO hot. Then that one little cloud drifted over...the rest is history. And just like it always went when I was a student @ LSU, I was wearing a white t-shirt in the rain. This time, however, I was four months pregnant!
You're lucky cause, for an Alabama game, Nutria was standing next to this guy, and after we won............well I have the vid if you're interested :hihi:
I asked Grad to keep his foot on Nutria's neck.........can't give him too much slack, he's now corrupted LVT. :yelwink2:
Sshhhhh, it looks like grad took his foot off, Nutria is over at the roundtable posting as we speak. I noticed how he corrupted LVT, he still hasn't answered my question about whether he was the one stalking LVT?!?Hmmm. In other news, I see a nutria lurking today, we might have to start referring to Nutriaitch as Itch?!?!?
