Michael Symon has a restaurant called "B Spot" that serves great burgers (Lola is my fave) the wings are really good too.

    Where is "B Spot" located?

(BTW, very disappointing response to this thread!)

There are a few of them, Cleveland, Detroit, Columbus and Indianapolis. Nice place and not too pricey

and man, I've eaten at so many places I don't know how I would sit and make a list. It would be crazy.

Ditto. And that's just in New Orleans, Baton Rouge and Louisiana in general not to mention all the meals in other states. The oysters rockerfeller soup at Acme Oyster House is to die for. A little place called Nino's on Bluebonnet had the best lasagna ever but I haven't eaten there since the ownership changed.

    In no particular order:

Fried chicken at Babe's in Frisco, Texas

Steak and chicken fajitas at La Hacienda Ranch in Frisco, Texas

Sauteed shrimp dinner at Sammy's in Central, Louisiana

Shrimp po-boy and cheese fries from The Chimes in Baton Rouge

Deep dish pizza from Giordano's in Chicago

Filet mignon and potatoes au gratin from Randy's Steakhouse in Frisco, Texas

Crabmeat cheesecake from Ruffino's in Baton Rouge (maybe the best thing I've ever eaten)

Lobster ravioli from Ye Olde Union Oyster House in Boston

Chicken flautas and white queso from El Norte in Plano, Texas

Cheeseburger and onion rings from Country Burger in Plano, Texas

Shrimp scampi and garlic bread from Campisi's in Plano, Texas

Maple-glazed shrimp from Gaido's/Casey's in Galveston, Texas

    Cheeseburger from Portillo's in Chicago

Brisket quesadillas from Urban Rio in Plano, Texas

And while not the best food ever, but the BEST ambiance...fajitas (because they only serve that or enchiladas) and margaritas on the patio of Joe T. Garcia's in Fort Worth, Texas. There is a huge indoor section of this restaurant, too, but the patio is the whole experience there. It's even comfortable (with all of the shade from trees and the fans) on the 4th of July when it's 100 degrees outside.
