I've probably watched it 100 times. I laugh just as hard as I did the first time I watched it. Jackie Gleason played the sheriff role absolutely perfectly.
That was on this past weekend... actually watched a bit Always makes me think of the Cannonball Run movies too...Gawd they were funny!!
Loved that one too. Agree, one of the best of all time, but didn't really get into it until I was 17 or 18... I own it on VHS and DVD now. As soon as I figure out HD DVD or BluRay, I'll try to get it on that too.
I am calling bs on this one! How the heck old are you? I would think you are close to my age and that movie (if I remember came out in the very late 80's or early 90's) which should make you in your teens at least unless you are a good bit younger then me or I have the time of the movie completely off. Anybody????
Favorite movie growing up.......... Where the Red Fern Grows Movies that scared the crap out of me growing up.......... Gargoyles The Legend of Boggy Creek
The one I remember my dad taking us (my brother and I) to see, and the one I've loved ever since was "El Dorado"...John Wayne, Jimmy Caan:thumb:
