    carrol's team won the mnc in 2004. to say he won miltiple nc's is to say the barn won one as well. didn't a newspaper award them one as well?

    Honestly I would pass on Carrol. I think his coordinators have been his strong suit. Miles will right the ship, but if a need for a replacement comes up, I want an Xs Os football coach, which I'm not sold on with Carrol.

    By then, full disclosure of what really has happened at USC over the last 10 years should have taken place. Not sure we'll want Pete Carrol at that point.

    The Reggie Bush and Joe McKnight issues aren't the only problems facing USC and Pete Carroll. Carroll, USC and many team doctors are also in the middle of a civil lawsuit filed by a man who was injured in a car accident by former Trojan Asst. Coach Dave Watson. There's a great article on SI.com about this whole situation which could get very ugly for Carroll and USC.
