Well when you spam every Rivals board and Scout board (literally....) then go to every single other board begging others to join....I don't doubt you will get a good number. Congrats again though, your poll is still a joke...
Apparently there's lead in the water where you live. I asked permission to post everywhere I posted. Don't know how to make that any clearer. And judging by the signups and where they've come from, it's those boards that gave it the initial surge. Of course, the Rick & Bubba Show that's syndicated in Missouri, Mississippi, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama as well as being simulcast on Turner South might have a little to do with it too. They talked about it at length a few days ago. Congrats on that learning disability though. Apparently there are a lot of folks who don't share your misinformed views.
Oh, and on top of that, Scout.com put an article up about it across their network, so if someone is posting about it there, I wouldn't exactly call that spam either.
Well, that's not a bad comparison. Or like fans voting for the MLB All-Star team and that game determining home field advantage for the World Series. Or an American Music Award versus a Grammy. No one's saying it's in line to replace the AP or the Coaches poll, just that it's not just some anonymous web poll you'd see on the ESPN homepage. There are things in place to make it represent the entire spectrum of college football fanbases, not just the largest ones, or the most energized ones or whatever.
It is a cheap way to get a new forum up by promoting another worthless poll that claims its for the fans when in reality they have no idea who really is voting. Thankfully, I am sure it will just end up another lame, boring forum
The forum is ancillary to the main purpose of the site. But thanks for being reliably wrong. Keeps order and precision in the universe.
