I remember jumping up from the sidelines at the half of that game against Arizona, hearing the crowd just creating this astronomically loud din as I walked towards the scorer's table...I was thinking to myself, "Good God we're a bunch of bad asses on the court." I was on the sidelines for each and every home game of that '00 season, and hung out with most of the players...It's where I formed most of my opinions regarding John and the program...and I did it after the season...Watching the entire thing unfold... I will say this...He had things going well, but it was like a NASCAR kept together by a pack of chewed up Big League Chew placed in specific areas...That team leaked like a sieve, except when it got on the court...
