There used to be a place on the St. Francisville highway that served breakfast in a cup for take-outs. It was really good for eating while driving. They took a tall foam milkshake cup and put grits and butter on the bottom, then scrambled eggs, and topped with crumbled bacon. The gave you a milkshake spoon and you just ate your way through the bacon and eggs and into the buttery grits.

I might try making the pancakes. I suppose if I add the syrup and melted butter to the mix it would work that way

This place lasted while the nuclear power plant was under construction. When all those construction workers finished and moved on, the place folded quickly. But it was good.

If it's the same place I'm thinking of they had a pretty good lunch buffet too.

Breakfast in a cup here is called a tamale. or a fish taco. Gotta make your own boudin too.

Hardees has a low carb breakfast bowl that is good driving food in a styro burger sized container.
