Expectations way too high....

You guys all make valid points, but no matter how much talent a team has, it's still very rare for a coach to take over a program and dominate in his very first year. Plain and simple, expectations around here are ridiculous. I want our team to win just as much as anyone, but I'm also a realist.

 

weis is beating far better teams with far less talent. expectations weren't too far over the top for this team given solid qb play which we've had minus one game yet shoulda won going away.

 

I don't know, we could have always hired that dude that is coaching Florida....

Weis is the exception, not the norm. Hence my comment about it being very rare.

I agree...I dont care how much talent you have, if you bring in a TOTALLY different coaching staff, you are going to have some problems at first. It takes time to get used to new ways to work things. They will be fine. These idiots probably wanted to fire saban after the loss to UAB. Hey, heres an update....SABAN IS GONE!!! LEAVE IT ALONE!!! HE IS NOT COMING BACK!! they were down 21 to MSU middle of the 3rd. the spartans almost blew it not nd.
