How is it not when they specifically state what authority a President has over classified material?

In further news, trump last night on Fox changed his defense... when asked by Brett Baier why he didn't simply return the boxes when requested he protested that he had been too busy to separate out his personal records and items. Get that... he didn't say "they all belong to me".... he didn't say "they are ALL personal records"... he said he had been too busy to separate out his own records.

At this point an intelligent person would be asking for a plea deal. trump is not an intelligent person. He's a defense lawyer's nightmare. He thinks he can talk his way out of anything, but Baier called him "incoherent", and every time he opens his mouth he incriminates himself further.
