I don't blame Tepper, I blame Dinardo. Dinardo hired him and refused to let him go. Dinardo also used an wannabe WR Coach as his quarterback coach. He had three HS All American Quarterbacks and a future Bilitnikof trophy winner sitting on the bence, yet he had no quarterback and used walkon quarterbacks as wide receivers. Rich Rodriquez was paractically begging to be our quarterbacks coach and Dinardo was afraid he would have to learn something about offense so he stuck with McConnel. Maybe ,he reason he stuck with Tepper, he was afraid a real defensive Coordinator would put a defense on the field that he didn't undrstand.
